South Dakota Trade manages these funds in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. South Dakota companies that qualify as "[eligible small business concerns](https://www.sba.gov/document/support-table-size-standards)," have profitable U.S. operations, products, or services for export that have at least 51% U.S. content, are in good standing with the South Dakota Department of Revenue and the IRS, and agree to a limited media release are eligible.
